Role Overview

The Account Manager owns a portfolio of 15–30 active customer accounts spanning CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health, retention, renewal, and expansion of those accounts.

Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 billing customers across CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software. Drive expansion, and retention across your book, protecting and growing recurring revenue.

Requirements

• 6+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platform, or related technology markets
• Experience managing a book or portfolio of multiple active customer accounts simultaneously
• Demonstrated track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial deals, including renewals and upsell/expansion
• Comfortable working across both infrastructure and SaaS/software motions
• Experience consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals
