Role Overview

The Chief of Staff to the CFO will act as a strategic partner and force-multiplier for the Finance organization, taking ownership of complex workstreams and delivering critical initiatives across CoreWeave.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will include serving as a strategic partner to the CFO, driving end-to-end project management, preparing clear and concise communications, and helping to manage the rhythm of the business and operational cadence of the finance organization.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting, followed by in-house, operational experience in Strategy, Finance, Corporate Development, Business Operations, or a strategic Chief of Staff role.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
• Broad background and literacy across financial roles
• Demonstrated ability to shift between tactical and strategic planning
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers preferred
