Corporate Development Associate

Role description

The Corporate Development Associate will support equity capital markets activities, investor engagement, and partner closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership at CoreWeave, a public cloud company. The role will execute equity-related capital markets activity, support investor engagement, and build best-in-class capital markets and investor relations processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets at an investment bank (ECM, leveraged finance, or closely related role)
• Strong understanding of equity markets, public company processes, and investor dynamics
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external stakeholders
• High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment
