Role description

Role Overview

As Counsel, Global Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in helping CoreWeave secure and deploy the infrastructure that powers our business. Working alongside Supply Chain and Capacity Operations, you will provide strategic legal support across the sourcing, procurement, and deployment of GPUs, servers, networking equipment, storage solutions, data center infrastructure, and global logistics.

What You Will Do

You will support datacenter supply chain, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements with suppliers. You will also support indirect procurement contracting for business groups across the company, provide day-to-day business-focused counseling, and partner with regulatory, ESG, government affairs, compliance, and others on responsible sourcing and compliance topics.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or international equivalent)
• 5+ years of legal experience, including significant time focused on complex commercial transactions at a law firm or in-house legal team
• Strong business acumen and meaningful experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements
• Proven record of pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior business leaders in a demanding, high-growth, fast-paced environment
