Role Overview

As the Data Center Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while implementing best practices to maximise uptime.

What You Will Do

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to respond to technical emergencies and ensure the reliability of our critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations
• at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure
• strong troubleshooting skills
• proficiency with the Linux Operating System
• experience with data center management tools and software
• excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
• flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment
