Role Overview
As a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of best-in-class technical operational processes and procedures for our data center clients.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day will involve ensuring consistent, high-quality technical service delivery, maintaining 100% uptime, and achieving client SLAs across our portfolio.

Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.
- Experience providing strategic and operational support on processes and standards across a data center portfolio.
- Proven track record in evaluating and improving technical operational processes and procedures.
- Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and Data Center compliance standards.
- Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and operations procedural documents.
- Experience executing operational and performance risk assessments.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.
