Role Overview
The Hardware Engineer, Server Infrastructure, will own server hardware across its entire lifecycle, automate lifecycle management services, and lead qualification and bring-up for new server platforms.

The role involves building, scaling, and maintaining the infrastructure behind server hardware systems, automating hardware and firmware lifecycle management services, and leading qualification and bring-up for new server platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in hardware, infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering roles within data centre, cloud, or high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of server hardware, components, and fleet management technologies
- Proficiency in Python or Ansible, with hands-on experience programmatically interacting with server BMCs using Redfish or IPMI (Redfish preferred)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with hardware vendors and OEMs to evaluate, qualify, and deploy server solutions
- Proven experience supporting production infrastructure, driving incident escalations through to root-cause resolution, and participating in on-call rotations
