Role Overview

The Manager, Property Accounting owns the fixed asset register, depreciation, and accounting for transfers, retirements, and replacements across the infrastructure asset base. The team is scaling fast, and the role requires hands-on experience with depreciation, asset transfers, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation.

What You Will Do

The Manager will maintain asset master data, run and review depreciation, account for leased fit-out assets, and stand up the retirement and replacement processes. They will also partner with the project accounting team and maintain process documentation and controls.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in fixed asset or property accounting. They should have hands-on experience with depreciation, asset transfers, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation, and a strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong background in fixed asset or property accounting
• Hands-on experience with depreciation, asset transfers, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance
• ERP systems experience required
• Experience with NetSuite, fixed asset/asset management modules, and close and controls management software is an advantage
