Role Overview

The Manager, Tax Infrastructure will manage the tax reporting and compliance obligations attached to CoreWeave's physical asset base. This role sits at the seam between direct and indirect tax, and partners closely with Tax Operations, Accounting Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Data Center Construction.

What You Will Do

Manage the US property tax compliance cycle, maintain tax fixed asset data, work with Accounting Operations to build a deep understanding of the fixed asset lifecycle, and prepare property tax forecasts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive tax experience
• Hands-on experience preparing or managing US property tax compliance
• Direct experience working in a tax fixed asset register
• Working knowledge of federal tax depreciation mechanics
• Experience applying sales and use tax to capital equipment
• Proficiency with ERP and fixed asset systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Fixed Assets, or comparable) and advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
