Role Overview

The Data Center Design team is responsible for designing and implementing data center infrastructure across CoreWeave's global portfolio. The team ensures facilities are highly scalable, efficient, and optimized to support next-generation, high-density compute workloads.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Center Design Manager will lead and manage the design process, overseeing the work of selected data center providers and ensuring designs meet CoreWeave project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data center engineering or design, strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP discipline preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in data center engineering or design
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems
• Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
