Staff Power Engineer

Role description

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Power Engineer to own the architecture, design, and evolution of power delivery systems for high-density, GPU-accelerated data centers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on internal power design experience and a strong expertise in power delivery and power system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on internal power design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong expertise in power delivery and power system design
• Proven ability to collaborate across hardware, mechanical, thermal, and systems teams from concept through production
• Experience with server platforms, including power, thermal, mechanical, and signal integrity considerations
• Deep understanding of PCB, PCBA, and system-level manufacturing processes, including test and validation
• Excellent debugging skills across complex, cross-disciplinary issues
• Solid knowledge of design for manufacturability, reliability, and scale
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
