Role Overview
This opportunity is to own and shape the Global ERM and Compliance function at CoreWeave, a fast-growing company in the AI infrastructure space. The Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Compliance will build and deploy frameworks, governance structures, and processes to enable CoreWeave to proactively manage risk at scale and centrally coordinate compliance management.
What You Will Do
Build and lead the Enterprise Risk team, serve as the primary point of contact for the Board and Audit Committee on enterprise risk matters, build and operationalize the Enterprise Risk Assessment process, and design and implement a Key Risk Indicator framework.

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related function
- Prior experience in a VP or equivalent enterprise risk leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of building ERM programs from inception
- Experience at high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure companies
