Role Overview

As an Assembly Technician at Crusoe, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and continuously improving processes for products and parts manufactured on-site. This role is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring the high quality of finished goods.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assembly and fabrication, quality assurance and documentation, packaging and shipping, production tracking and communication, and material handling. You will work with basic hand tools and PPE, including drilling and tapping of metal, and follow work instructions to assemble parts/assemblies within allocated timeframes while meeting quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2+ years of experience reading and interpreting Mechanical drawing/Blueprint packages
• Ability to read and understand a wide range of blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude

• Ability to perform as a team player
