Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working as an Employee Business Partner
- Ability to travel about 30% of the time
- Experience working with software, data center, and real estate populations
- Experience working with employees globally
- Proven ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights
- Highly organized and excellent follow-through
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Proven expertise in consultation, investigations, guidance, policy development, and coaching
