Role Overview

As the first dedicated Accounting & Finance hire, the Manager of General Ledger - Manufacturing will be the foundational leader of our financial operations, responsible for building the systems, processes, and team that will support Crusoe Industries rapid scaling.

What You Will Do

Own key corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts. Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and close efficiency using modern finance tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA
• 8+ years of prior work experience
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven success in creating efficiencies, systems, and controls in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
