Production Planner
Crusoe — Arvada, Colorado, United States · In-Person · Mid · $95k - $115k/yearly
Role description
Role Overview
The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring the production schedule is both achievable and executed across Crusoe’s manufacturing footprint. This role sits at the intersection of demand, capacity, and floor execution, requiring a strong grasp of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) logic and the ability to enforce schedule discipline through planning time fences.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will convert the reconciled Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) plan into a real, capacity-constrained Master Production Schedule (MPS) and drive it through to floor execution. This involves assessing and representing true capacity feasibility, setting and enforcing planning time fences, and tracking schedule adherence and root-cause analysis.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will bring a strong grasp of MPS logic, experience in production planning, and the ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional forums and leadership reviews. Bonus points are awarded for APICS/ASCM certification, prior experience in multi-site or network-level production planning, and hands-on experience using Acumatica ERP.
