Role description

Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support hiring for its Spark business. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for a broad variety of roles driving the Spark project, including technical customer-facing GTM roles, business operations and planning roles, alongside broader Spark hiring needs. The role is built for a highly autonomous recruiter who can run complex, high-bar searches end-to-end, manage senior stakeholders, and operate as a true talent partner. This is a six month contract with potential to extend based on business need.

What You Will Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical customer-facing GTM, business operations, and planning roles, with the range to pick up new functions as hiring needs shift. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor, build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate assessments. Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skill, conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, lead compensation negotiations, and manage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or technical-adjacent GTM roles, with demonstrated ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end. Candidates should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience partnering with senior stakeholders, and a track record in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. Compensation is an hourly range of $50.00 - $60.00, determined by knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or technical-adjacent GTM roles
  • Demonstrated ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end with limited support
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Ability to hold technically credible conversations with candidates and assess for both technical fluency and customer-facing skill
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including director-level and above hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
