Role Overview
The Quality Manager will oversee Manufacturing Quality across multiple AI data center infrastructure production sites, leading team management, quality assurance, process controls, electrical/mechanical product quality, QMS execution, regulatory compliance, testing, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will demonstrate equal proficiency in conducting shop-floor oversight, evaluating electrical testing procedures, reviewing weld integrity with Certified Welding Inspectors, and collaborating with Engineering on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Electrical Quality, Mechanical Quality, or related disciplines, including significant experience leading Quality organizations in complex manufacturing environments.
