Role Overview
As the Shop Foreman, you'll supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly leads and technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. You'll foster a quality workforce by cultivating a respectful, positive work environment that prioritizes relationships and puts people first. You'll also oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for modular data centers and power distribution centers across 5 assembly lines within our new, world-class facility.

Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Production Scheduling & Strategy, Team Leadership & Development, Operational Reporting, Personnel Oversight, Safety & Continuous Improvement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Stakeholder & Vendor Relations, Project Accountability, Strategic Coordination, Manufacturing Reviews & Estimating, Process & Safety Development.
