Role Overview

As the Staff Product Manager for Bare Metal, you'll own the strategy and outcomes for a brand-new initiative at Crusoe: our bare metal offering, giving AI-native companies direct GPU and CPU access to power the world's most demanding training and inference workloads.

What You Will Do

Drive the vision for bare metal compute, encompassing GPU/CPU offerings, rapid provisioning systems, and full lifecycle management. Define the end-to-end customer experience when something goes wrong — the ticketing workflow, escalation paths, and process behind it.

You should be genuinely comfortable operating in ambiguity, though you won't be doing it alone: you'll have support from senior leadership to help clean up open questions as the initiative takes shape.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud and computing technology
• 4+ years in product management focused on infrastructure or platform products
• Direct experience at the hardware and firmware level
• Demonstrated ability to design and formalize operational processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of server hardware, bare metal provisioning, distributed systems, networking, and large-scale fleet operations
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, ill-defined problem spaces and drive long-term vision
• Ability to articulate deep technical complexity to executive audiences
