Customer Reliability Engineer
FluidStack — San Francisco, California, United States · In-Person · Senior · $100k - $150k/yearly
Role description
Role Overview
We are a team that operates at the scale of a nation, running a fleet that draws more power than some countries. We need a Customer Reliability Engineer to own reliability for named customer workloads, debug across the full stack, and run customer-facing incident communication with technical depth.
What You Will Do
You will debug distributed systems methodically across layers you don't own, write incident updates that customers trusted more after reading, and push internal teams to fix causes, not symptoms, and follow up until they do.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who has supported large-scale compute customers at a technical level, has experience with GPU training workloads, and is passionate about pushing the frontier of AI.
