Role Overview
The role involves supervising controls installation verification and checkout across L2–L5 commissioning stages on an active data hall, running point-to-point verification, and enforcing Fluidstack commissioning documentation gates and site safety requirements.

The day-to-day responsibilities include supervising controls installation verification and checkout, running point-to-point verification, holding the controls schedule, and enforcing Fluidstack commissioning documentation gates and site safety requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervising controls or BMS/EPMS work on mission-critical or large industrial projects, with experience in data center commissioning and working command of Tridium/Niagara, ALC, Siemens, or comparable building automation platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years supervising controls or BMS/EPMS work on mission-critical or large industrial projects
- Data center commissioning experience is strongly preferred
- Working command of Tridium/Niagara, ALC, Siemens, or comparable building automation platforms, plus EPMS (Schneider, Eaton, or similar)
- Fluency with sequences of operations, points lists, and one-lines, and able to challenge a vendor’s checkout results from the data
- Field leadership: shift supervision, trade coordination, and disciplined daily reporting
- Willingness to deploy to active construction sites on rotation, including night-shift coverage
