Role Overview
Own the datacenter financial forecast: capex, opex, and cash across every site and scenario the company weighs. Build the forecasting engine, drivers, models, and systems, that turns build plans into financial truth. Run the scenario analysis leadership uses to sequence sites, deals, and capital raises. Partner with delivery, development, and accounting so the forecast reflects the field, not the plan of record.
What You Will Do
Lead financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure, build driver-based capex models, score forecasts against actuals, and get operational truth behind numbers. Build and lead a small high-output team.
