Role description
Role Overview
We're a team focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
What You Will Do
Engineer the electrical side of behind-the-meter generation, design the electrical balance of plant, run studies for islanded and grid-parallel operation, and integrate storage and generation electrically into one controllable campus system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll be part of a team that values extreme ownership, full autonomy, and velocity. We challenge every assumption and put in long hours to push the frontier forward. If you're passionate about the problem space, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Engineered electrical systems for power generation, microgrids, or utility-scale storage
- Designed generator interconnections and the studies behind them
- Understood islanded operation and its effects on protection and stability
- Integrated inverter-based resources with rotating machines
- Taken plant designs through commissioning
Benefits
- Pay equity and transparency
