Role Overview
The Electrical Lead, Capacity Delivery will own electrical engineering across the portfolio, set and evolve the electrical reference design, and make field electrical calls at build speed. The team is working on engineering gigawatts from drawing to energized, designing data centers that go up in months, and designing it once and building it a hundred times. The role requires owning technical execution across every build, from drawings to field questions to engineering calls.
What You Will Do
The Electrical Lead, Capacity Delivery will review consultant studies, make field electrical calls, and own energization readiness site by site. They will also set and evolve the electrical reference design, including switchgear lineups, UPS topology, and busway.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have led electrical engineering for data center or heavy industrial builds, reviewed protection and coordination studies, and owned energization sequences with utilities and AHJs. They will balance speed and safety without trading either away.
