Role Overview
We're looking for a Fixed Asset Manager to run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build, sequencing trades, and enforcing quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has superintended heavy industrial or mission-critical construction, has experience with MEP-heavy builds, and can travel and live where the work is.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include running the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build, walking the job daily, clearing blockers, enforcing quality and safety standards, and coordinating with commissioning.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone who has experience with heavy industrial or mission-critical construction, can sequence trades in their head, and has experience with MEP-heavy builds. Bonus points if you have commissioning handover experience and can travel and live where the work is.
