Role Overview
We're looking for a Global Sourcing Manager to own global sourcing for manufacturing facilities, including equipment, fit-out, and services. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing capital equipment or industrial categories at scale, negotiating supplier agreements, and managing suppliers through a factory launch or major ramp.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating supplier agreements, qualifying and dual-sourcing critical categories, and driving total cost, not just price. You'll work on building supplier redundancy, managing suppliers through a factory launch or major ramp, and anticipating failure modes.
