Greyspace Capacity Analyst
FluidStack — Austin, Texas, United States · In-Person · Junior
Role description
Role Overview
As a Greyspace Capacity Analyst, you will be responsible for model greyspace capacity across sites, track allocation against design as builds evolve, and build source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits. You will analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom. This role requires extreme ownership, full autonomy, and a love of the game, with a focus on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building capacity models, catching real constraints early, keeping a source of truth current across many concurrent changes, and presenting constraints with options attached. You will also be comfortable in drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets, and have experience with DCIM tools, electrical and mechanical fundamentals, SQL and BI tooling, and multi-site portfolios.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for exceptional people who care deeply about the problem space of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. If you have experience in capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities, and are comfortable with technical skills such as SQL and BI tooling, this role may be a good fit for you.
