Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced NPI TPM to join our Product Engineering team. The successful candidate will own the program schedule, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for a product family from kickoff through rate production. They will run risk and dependency management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring.
What You Will Do
The NPI TPM will be responsible for driving new product families through stage gates from kickoff to rate production, managing long-lead components and DVT-stage design changes, and keeping design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain converging on the same build, revision, and date across multiple concurrent programs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of technical program management experience in hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, technical depth, and experience making hard calls on slipping programs and handling DVT-stage component changes.
