Role Overview
The People Partner will build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth, and own the culture and comms as the company scales. They will partner with data center operations leadership across sites, support site leaders on shift workforce management, and run employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes include building people programs that work at a data center, running employee relations cases end to end, and partnering with site leaders on shift workforce management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has experience as an HR business partner for operations, manufacturing, or field workforces, and is credible with site technicians and VPs. They should be able to travel to sites and be more useful there than on video.
