Role Overview
The People Relations Specialist will own employee relations across the company, handling investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions. The role requires owning employee relations at a growing company, running investigations solo, and delivering hard messages with care.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include running investigations end to end, coaching managers through performance and conduct issues, and tracking ER patterns to fix the root cause.
