Role Overview

The Plant Manager will own all production output at the Phoenix-area facility, drive continuous improvement, and hold final product acceptance authority. The team is working on scaling manufacturing, manufacturing infrastructure, and being an engine for growth.

What You Will Do

You will own throughput rate, takt adherence, quality escape rate, line uptime, and on-time shipment against customer delivery commitments. You will drive continuous improvement across all production lines and hold final product acceptance authority.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone who has run a high-volume discrete manufacturing facility end to end and can point to a specific output record. You should have experience managing a large on-site workforce through a third-party staffing provider and held that partner accountable to production and quality targets.

• design production systems rather than inherit them
• set takt times, balance lines, write standard work, and build visual management boards for a real facility
• build the culture on your floor through standard work and clear escalation paths
• have experience commissioning robotic weld cells, CNC processing lines, or AGV material handling systems
• have experience with structural steel fabrication, heavy equipment assembly, or modular construction manufacturing
• have a Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
