Role description

Role Overview

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, and the Product Engineer, Manufacturing & Supply Chain role is part of this effort. The team is singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. They acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them, with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are their key differentiators.

What You Will Do

The Product Engineer, Manufacturing & Supply Chain will turn the bill of materials into the order book, make procurement tracking trustworthy, and close the loop from receiving to payment. They will also ship manufacturing as software before the factory opens, embed with sourcing leads, quality managers, factory operators, and warehouse teams, and turn their judgment into the systems that decide the order schedule, the cash demand by month, and the payment schedule the company plans against.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Fluidstack is looking for people who care deeply about this problem space. The ideal candidate has shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and has built real features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks. They should be able to identify problems, design the solution, and ship it without waiting for direction or approval, and have earned credibility with operators in factories, warehouses, or procurement.

Requirements

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript
  • Built real features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
  • Daily work with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
  • Moved fast under deadline while leaving data models and foundations
  • Earned credibility with operators in factories, warehouses, or procurement
  • Product taste shows in what you've shipped: interfaces the floor calls obvious, and workflows that match how the work actually happens

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Generous PTO policy
