Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Integration/Assembly
FluidStack — Austin, Texas, United States · In-Person · Senior
Role description
Role Overview
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly, building the assembly process, and launching new module configurations without breaking the line. You will attack the ramp curve by reducing hours per unit and increasing first-pass yield. You will work on complex products, balance lines, and design stations that hit takt.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include engineering assembly operations for large, complex products, launching products through ECO storms, and keeping the floor building. You will also standardize work instructions and torque specs, live on the line during launch, and work on low-volume, high-mix assembly, electrical and controls assembly processes, and MES systems.
