Site Selection Manager

Role description

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager to lead the procurement strategy for their US-focused data center portfolio, evaluating powered land opportunities and negotiating lease arrangements with Data Center Operators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of real-estate experience with a focus on data centers or other industrial projects
• Strong ability to assess the viability of land opportunities for data center development
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to align stakeholders across diverse teams and functions
• Proven track record of closing large/complex real-estate deals
• Travel 20%+ as needed for projects
