Role Overview
We are hiring AI Software Engineers to serve as an internal force multiplier, building tools that make every team member significantly more productive. In this role, you will develop and deploy AI-powered applications and establish shared infrastructure that enables teams to leverage AI effectively.
What You Will Do
Build internal tools and applications leveraging frontier models to automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and reduce manual toil across all functions. Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, integrate AI capabilities into existing products, and build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems.

Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript
- strong full-stack development skills
- hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs
- deep understanding of AI coding agent tools
- proven ability to work autonomously
- great product and design taste
- strong systems thinking and product intuition
- excellent communication skills
