Supplier Quality Engineer, Lead

Role description
We are looking for a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards across our in-house manufacturing operations and external data center construction projects. As a people manager and subject matter expert, you will build and lead a team of quality engineers while sitting at the intersection of manufacturing production and large-scale infrastructure, owning quality from supplier selection through delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or construction quality engineering experience
- At least 2 years in a lead or management role
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure (MEP systems, structural, electrical)
- Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, control plans, SPC, 8D, PPAP
