Role Overview
As a Talent Operations team member, you will own the systems the talent team runs on, build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring, and own hiring data. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. The team is singularly focused on delivering frontier compute infrastructure for AI.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include configuring an ATS, automating workflows, and building dashboards. You will also run process changes end to end, design, document, roll out, and enforce.

Requirements

- configure an ATS deeply: workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting
- automate with whatever gets it done: APIs, no-code tooling, or scripts
- own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on
