Role description
Fluidstack is seeking a Technical Sourcer to build the company's team by sourcing exceptional talent and evaluating them against a high technical bar. The role involves sourcing top 0.01% talent, designing and executing rigorous sourcing and evaluation processes, and building scalable talent infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of sourcing experience with proven track record sourcing top 0.01% technical talent
- Experience hiring at companies with exceptionally high technical bars (top-tier tech companies, AI labs, elite startups)
- Deep sourcing expertise across technical communities—GitHub, arXiv, technical conferences, niche Discord/Slack groups, academic networks
- Experience at high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure, AI/ML, or data centers
