Role Overview
Join Lambda's Legal team as a generalist intern, gaining hands-on in-house experience across Commercial and Corporate matters at a fast-paced AI infrastructure company.
What You Will Do
You will be a generalist supporting the team on many exciting transactions we have in the pipeline but some additional specific projects we have in mind:

You have strong legal writing and analytical skills, are comfortable working with AI-assisted tools, and have completed contracts coursework.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)
- Have completed contracts coursework
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools such as Claude
- Ability to work at least 1 day per week in our San Francisco office
