Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision.
What You Will Do
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, enhance capabilities, strengthen the balance sheet, and expand market reach.
Why It Might Be a Fit
2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects
- Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends
