Role Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This is an owner-side role responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety across ground-up builds, expansions, and fit-outs of critical facilities.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end project delivery for data center construction, owning cost, schedule, scope, quality, and safety from site selection support and preconstruction through Level 5 commissioning and operational handover.

7+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years delivering data centers or comparable mission-critical / critical-environment facilities (hospitals, semiconductor fabs, pharma, or large-scale industrial).
Requirements
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- 3 years delivering data centers or comparable mission-critical / critical-environment facilities
- Direct working knowledge of data center MEP systems
- Familiarity with the commissioning process and Uptime Institute Tier standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or equivalent field experience
