Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Center Electrical Lead to support the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment in Lappeenranta, Finland. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and experience working with power distribution systems, industrial maintenance, or critical facilities operations.
What You Will Do
Operate and maintain critical electrical systems, perform routine inspections and operational checks, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and alarms, and support emergency response and incident recovery activities.

Requirements
- Vocational qualification, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automation Technology, or Power Systems
- Experience working with electrical infrastructure or industrial systems
- Knowledge of Power distribution systems, Electrical troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance practices, and ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams
- Good English communication skills
