Role Overview

As a Data Center IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of data center IT operations within a dedicated region.

Lead, mentor, and manage Data Center IT technicians across the region, ensuring consistent service delivery, high availability of infrastructure, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing multi-site or regional data center operations
• 8+ years of experience in data center IT operations, including hands-on infrastructure support
• 5+ years of proven people management experience, leading managers or large technical teams
• Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-based environments
• Strong background in server hardware, enterprise networking equipment, and data center technologies
• Solid understanding of data center operations, lifecycle management, and support models
• Practical experience in project planning, execution, and cross-site coordination
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and operational support processes
• Experience with IT asset management processes and RMA
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and drive data-driven improvements
