Role Overview
Nebius is seeking an L2 IT Technician to support and maintain large-scale GPU clusters in a data center environment. The role involves troubleshooting complex hardware incidents, proactively handling L1/L2 support, and collaborating with IT infrastructure engineers to improve SLA performance.
What You Will Do
Solve hardware related issues with servers, report to hardware problem management, execute workarounds and solutions, and improve support processes and documentation.

Requirements
- Knowledge of datacenters, and server equipment
- Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical experience of troubleshooting
- Advanced skills working with the Unix/Linux operating system and command line
- Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation
- Proactiveness and sense of responsibility
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
