Role Overview
The Field Structured Cabling Senior Technician is responsible for managing and controlling structured cabling activities on-site, ensuring installations are completed according to approved designs, specifications, and project schedules. This role serves as the main field interface between the design team, project managers, contractors, logistics, and vendors.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and control structured cabling activities from early project stages through deployment completion. Supervise and direct external contractors, ensure cabling installations follow approved DWG drawings, specifications, cable routes, and quantities.

- Ability to read, interpret, and apply AutoCAD / DWG drawings in the field
- Experience supervising or coordinating contractors and field teams
- Solid understanding of cable pathways, tray systems, and routing best practices
- Experience with field documentation, cable tracking, and change control
