Role Overview
Nebius is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI. As we continue to scale as a public company, we are looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing Investor Relations team.
What You Will Do
Support the execution of Nebius’s global investor relations program, help communicate the company’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term opportunity to the investment community, and prepare earnings and investor materials.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, investor relations, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation
- Interest in technology markets, with a willingness to develop deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and related industries
- Ability to synthesize complex financial, business, and technical information into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and project-management capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with public-company reporting, SEC requirements, and Regulation FD is beneficial but not required
