Role Overview
The role is a senior technical position focused on deep investigations, cross-site pattern detection, and driving permanent fixes with R&D and ODM vendors. The team is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include deep technical investigation, vendor and R&D collaboration, firmware and platform readiness, knowledge and enablement, and hands-on support.
