Role Overview
This position leads the Solutions Architects team in the EU region, responsible for delivering customer engagements, tuning the serving stack, and carrying the technical relationship through to production. The team owns the technical delivery of customer engagements, deploying open-source models, and fine-tuning the serving stack.
What You Will Do
The Manager, ML Solutions Architecture will lead a team of 8 Solutions Architects, manage customer engagements, and ensure delivery outcomes. They will review technical work, benchmarking methodology, and serving configurations to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements
- 3+ years managing technical teams
- Experience managing a customer-facing team
- Strong ML knowledge: LLM architectures, fine-tuning approaches, evaluation design, and inference internals
- Python strong enough to read and review team code
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine tolerance for operational work
- Comfort operating with ambiguity across distributed teams and timezones
