Role Overview
Nebius is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the development of mechanical infrastructure for data centre developments. The role involves contributing throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to commissioning, and working alongside electrical engineers, IT infrastructure teams, and external consultants.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will develop and review mechanical designs for new data centres, expansions, and upgrades, and produce and assess cooling calculations, equipment specifications, and design documentation.

Requirements
- qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- experience designing mechanical systems for data centres or other mission-critical facilities
- strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, heat transfer, fluid distribution, and equipment selection
- ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues across engineering disciplines
- clear communication skills in English and willingness to travel to project sites when required
